Missing Packages: Once your package tracking status is marked as "DELIVERED" by the courier, we are no longer liable for it and refunds or store credits will not be issued. If you encounter any issues or have concerns with locating your package, please contact the courier service directly for assistance. They will be best equipped to help resolve the matter.
