At Halo Comfort, your satisfaction is our top priority. We encourage you to review our return policy before making your purchase.
Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Please note: the store credit applies to the merchandise amount only and excludes shipping fee.
Return Process:
Access the Customer Portal to initiate your return request within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of initiating your return request. The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return request. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a store credit will be issued to you via email.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains, free of odor, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny store credit for returns not in compliance with our return policy.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please conduct an inspection to verify its condition. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately within 3 days to initiate the resolution process. Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective item in your email to admin@shophalocomfort.com.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return the item and place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, face masks, eye masks, beauty products, customized items, and accessories are Final Sale items and cannot be returned for store credit. All Final Sale purchases are considered final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and ineligible for store credit. Please ensure your selections meet your preferences before completing your purchase.
Refunds:
Kindly be informed that we do not provide refunds. If your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be issued a store credit within 7- 10 business days. All orders are final and cannot be modified once placed.
